BC GOLF MUSEUM
The BC Golf Museum maintains a news clipping file of golf articles that have appeared in local newspapers. These articles are added to the extensive news clippings contained in Golf Course binders. The library has an extensive collection of club histories published throughout the world. These books provide researchers with valuable ideas on how to compile a club history. ONTARIO GOLF HALL OF FAME
The Ontario Golf Hall of Fame is dedicated to the recognition of extraordinary contributions and accomplishments in the game of golf in Ontario. To be considered for election to the Hall of Fame, the nominee must have made an EXTRAORDINARY provincial, national or international contribution to the game of golf in Ontario. These achievements may be in the form of golfing accomplishments, of an illustrious golf-related career or of some other exceptional contribution to the sport. PGA OF CANADA HALL OF FAME

QUÉBEC GOLF HALL OF FAME
The Québec Golf Association’s Hall of Fame was created by three past presidents of the QGA, Larry Boyle, Maurice Dagenais and Roger Legault. Their desire was to pay homage to the many great Québec players and builders who have distinguished themselves provincially, nationally or internationally. NEW BRUNSWICK SPORTS HALL OF FAME
The New Brunswick Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1970 to recognize and honour those athletes, teams and builders who have achieved outstanding success, and those who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of competitive sport in the province. NOVA SCOTIA SPORT HALL OF FAME
In 1975, the Hall of Fame was placed under the authority of Sport Nova Scotia. At this time, the name was changed to Sport N.S. Hall of Fame. The artifacts and other materials were moved from the Halifax Forum to the Sport Nova Scotia offices in December of 1975.
