Name: Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews
Description: Wood rectangular wooden box with a low-pitched roof like top. The front features a large cylinder or tube protruding from the upper center. There are two small shallow drawers at the bade of the front. Side by side, separated by a brass clasp. The interior of the box and drawers are lined with fabric. The interior of the box is divided into two halves, with a peak in the center, and each half on the top and front of the box is gold printing/ On the top in the center is a circular flat knob. There is small brass plaque on the left side of the box.
History: Used by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews for the election of members during the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
